Once the facts and the degree of probability reach a high percentage of being correct a conclusion is drawn.
It’s not much different than the way our judicial system is supposed to work; though science has a much better track record.
Further study by fellow scientists may result in a revision, if more definitive proof is discovered to apply against the theory, and may replace the original finding as believed fact.
But most will agree that science has the highest probability, (99%), of being correct since all of what we know and take for granted in our daily lives is a result of mans science.
It is the best man can do; but still it is always improving.
Religion on the other hand has no basis in scientific proof.
Religion is strictly based in faith which has a ZERO probability of being correct.

I started with “Crossing the Rubicon” by Mike Rupert.
The book was long and boring and only tried to use the governments far fetched story against itself as well as the addition of the phony Peak Oil Theory.
Well that was one approach but it didn’t satisfy my hunch.
